Six Degrees is proud to be partnering with an established luxury furniture and interiors brand that is seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to lead its large-format Brisbane showroom.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys balancing team management, premium customer service, sales performance and showroom operations. Leading a team, you will set the standard for sales, presentation and conduct while ensuring every customer receives a polished and personalised experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and develop a small showroom team
  • Drive individual and team sales performance
  • Manage personal and showroom sales targets
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly commission reporting
  • Lead from the front across customer engagement and sales
  • Build relationships with customers and support them throughout the purchasing process
  • Hold team members accountable to performance and conduct expectations
  • Maintain an immaculate and highly presented showroom
  • Ensure all showroom presentation aligns with brand standards
  • Coordinate stock and showroom deliveries
  • Ensure operational procedures and protocols are consistently followed
  • Manage the general day-to-day operation of the showroom
About You
You will be an experienced retail leader who is confident managing a team, driving sales and maintaining the standards expected within a premium environment. To be successful, you will ideally bring:
  • Several years of retail management experience
  • Proven experience leading and managing a small team
  • Strong personal sales capability
  • Experience managing individual and team KPIs
  • Confidence addressing performance and holding employees accountable
  • A polished and professional communication style
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation
  • A genuine interest in furniture, interiors, homewares or design
  • The ability to operate independently without extensive direction
  • A hands-on leadership style and willingness to support daily showroom operations
Experience within furniture, interiors, homewares, luxury retail or another premium, design-led brand will be highly regarded.

Roster - the position will work five consecutive days on a rotating roster. Weekend availability is essential.
