About the Company
Our client is a well-established Australian business operating across the Sports and Automotive industries. With a national footprint and a strong reputation for quality products and customer service, they are currently investing in their supply chain systems and processes to support future growth.

As part of this transformation, they're implementing NetSuite ERP and are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team during this exciting period.

About the Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the supply chain function while assisting with the implementation of NetSuite.
This is a hands-on position suited to a recent graduate or early-career supply chain professional who enjoys working with data, systems and suppliers. You'll gain exposure to purchasing, inventory management, ERP implementation and cross-functional stakeholder engagement within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Raise and manage purchase orders across the business.
  • Support MRP and replenishment activities to ensure product availability.
  • Communicate with local and international suppliers regarding orders and delivery schedules.
  • Validate, cleanse and maintain product and supplier master data in preparation for the NetSuite implementation.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform high-volume data entry with a strong attention to detail.
  • Assist with inventory administration and reporting.
  • Support the Supply Chain Manager with day-to-day operational activities and ad hoc projects.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and process improvements throughout the ERP implementation.
About You
You'll be organised, proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are key.
You'll also bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business or a related discipline.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A willingness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Experience using an ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
  • Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, procurement or inventory role, including internships, will be advantageous.
