Charlotte Barham brings three years of recruitment experience to the Six Degrees Executive Queensland team, with a background spanning digital, marketing, and sales roles across the FMCG and broader consumer markets. Originally from New Zealand, Charlotte began her career at Tribe, a recruitment agency focused on people-first values, before relocating to Queensland where she now manages a contracting desk within the Property & Construction space.

Charlotte is passionate about building meaningful connections and believes people are at the heart of everything she does — captured by the Māori proverb: "He aha te mea nui o te ao? He tangata, he tangata, he tangata" (What is the most important thing in the world? It is people, it is people, it is people). Outside of work, she thrives on outdoor adventures including running, hiking, and anything that presents a new challenge.
