Daniel joined Six Degrees Executive in 2023 and is part of the Sydney Sales team, specialising in permanent appointments across Consumer & FMCG and Retail ecosystems. He recruits across entry-level through to senior commercial and sales leadership roles.
With over eight years’ recruitment experience across agency and in-house environments, Daniel brings a broad commercial lens to his work. His background spans consumer sales, business support, procurement and public sector hiring, giving him an understanding of how commercial functions interconnect within organisations.
Daniel's focus is on building long-term partnerships with hiring leaders, taking time to understand team structure, growth objectives and cultural drivers. He believes strong recruitment is about clarity and alignment from the outset, ensuring each appointment strengthens performance and team capability while also supporting career development.
Outside of work, Daniel is heavily involved in Mixed Martial Arts, valuing the discipline, resilience and focus it demands. He also enjoys socialising, building connections and maintaining an active lifestyle.
