Emma joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2021 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Engineering and Operations across Business-to-Business and Consumer & FMCG organisations. She recruits mid-level professionals through to senior leaders across permanent appointments, partnering with manufacturing and operational businesses to strengthen their technical capability and teams performance.
Originally from Ireland, Emma holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources and brings over seven years of recruitment experience. Her background spans manufacturing and operations, alongside earlier exposure to healthcare recruitment, giving her a grounded understanding of regulated and operationally critical environments. She understands how having the right engineering, maintenance and reliability functions directly impact productivity, safety and the business's long-term aspiration.
Emma is known for her consultative and relationship-led approach, and she takes the time to understand how each clients site or operation truly runs, where capability gaps sit and what kind of leadership will add long-term value.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys discovering Melbourne’s best restaurants, spending time with friends and family, and unwinding with a good book and a glass of wine.
