Executive Consultant
Lucy joined Six Degrees Executive in 2021 and is an Executive Consultant within the Melbourne Marketing & Digital team. She specialises in permanent appointments, partnering with leading retail organisations to recruit strategic marketing leaders.
Before moving into recruitment five years ago, Lucy spent 13 years in marketing, partnerships and communications herself - across retail, entertainment and the not-for-profit sector. Having firsthand commercial experience without a doubt shapes her approach today - she understands the pressures marketing leaders face and the capability required to drive brand, growth and customer engagement in competitive environments.
Lucy has built trusted relationships across the Victorian retail market and is known for balancing rigour with empathy - ensuring every appointment considers technical capability, cultural alignment and long-term impact. Her focus is always on sustainable outcomes that strengthen both careers and businesses.
Originally from Adelaide, Lucy holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) and in 2026 started studying organisational coaching at Swinburne, reflecting her ongoing interest in leadership and human behaviour. Outside of work, she is a busy mum of two who enjoys tennis, pilates, travel and Haigh’s chocolate.
