Practice Lead
Natalie joined Six Degrees Executive in 2015 and is Practice Lead for FMCG and Consumer Goods Marketing in Melbourne. She specialises in Marketing and Digital appointments across Consumer & FMCG organisations, partnering with mid-level professionals through to senior leaders across permanent and temporary recruitment. With over a decade of specialist experience, Natalie has built deep knowledge of the FMCG marketing ecosystem, supporting start-ups and SME businesses through to global brands.
Nat has and continues to develop and nourish her strong candidate networks within brand, digital and commercial marketing functions. As a Practice Lead, Natalie plays an active role in supporting the wider business with growth initiatives. She moves with high energy and genuine care, encouraging collaboration and high standards while fostering long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. She is passionate about coaching candidates through the hiring process and supporting businesses to define the right capability for growth.
Outside of work, Natalie is a self-confessed lover of food, wine and beauty, enjoys hosting dinner parties and discovering Melbourne’s newest restaurants. She also loves travel, music and spending time with her cavoodle, Frankie.
