Our client is an Australian owned gourmet food business founded almost 30 years ago. Their natural, gluten free range of delicious entertaining products can be found across approximately 800 retail stores including - premium and independent grocers, bakeries and cafes.
About the role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role is responsible for driving business throughout the premium and independent grocery and food service channels. Managing the South Eastern territory 4 days per week, you will have ownership over driving new business initiatives, maintaining existing customer relationships, activating in-store promotions and selling in new lines. Your expert product and market knowledge will set yourself apart from your competitors.
Skills & experience
To be successful in this role, you will have sales representative or territory management experience from within the FMCG industry, ideally managing premium and independent grocers and food service customers. You will have a natural ability to build rapport quickly with customers, accompanied with exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills. You will be results orientated and thrive off working in a team environment!
