About the Role
In this role, as a global Assistant Brand Manager you work alongside the Brand Manager across a premium, market leading brand within the better for you space. The role will be focused on driving brand awareness and penetration globally for the brand through launching strong innovation and leading effective communications campaigns across all markets.
This is a 360 role which will see you support in the launch of new NPD to market as well as be hands on across TTL campaign execution and own content development for digital channel, management of social channels (Facebook / Instagram) including development and management of an effective influencer strategy to build strong brand engagement and love across social channels. Given the brands strong international focus, a strong understanding of Asia-centric social / digital channels such as WeChat and Weibo etc. would also be ideal.
Skills + Experience
- Prior experience at a Marketing Coordinator / Assistant Brand Manger level, or similar within the FMCG / Consumer goods space
- Hands on experience with content development and management of social / digital channels
- An understanding of Asian social channels eg. Weibo / WeChat, is ideal
- A true passion for the health and wellness space with a solid understanding of relevant social media influencers and trends within better for you
- Exceptional communication, influence and stakeholder management skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and relationships
- Tertiary qualification within a relevant space e.g. Commerce
