This is a high growth opportunity for a passionate sales director candidate that is motivated by accelerating growth, building teams and driving significant impact in a highly autonomous role.
Managing a seamless transition of existing distribution partnerships to a local subsidiary model, this a broad role that will incorporate strategic channel, customer and team development. Will a strong focus on grocery partnerships initially, you will also have the capability to establish and penetrate alternate channel activity and partnerships diversifying the business and providing scope for long term growth. You will be ultimately responsible for organisational structure and resource design, commercial development of the expansion plan including introduction of categories and brands from the wider global portfolio and local product and opportunity development. As the business continues to develop you will broaden the local team capability across supporting functions in marketing, category and shopper development. This will require the ability to take ownership of the overall strategy in an entrepreneurial, fast paced manner that ensures sustainable growth for the long term.

You have operated successfully across diverse businesses and markets and have the agility to navigate changing and growth environments in a decisive and action orientated fashion. A high level of grocery experience is a must, as is sales leadership across the grocery and ideally broader channels. Time in category management, commercial leadership across functions and field operations will be highly regarded.
