This organisation is a leading business services organisation with a large scale national workforce providing a variety of services to consumers in all States of Australia. With revenues circa $400m, the organisation has undergone huge growth (M&A) and is undergoing change and transformation as it integrates new systems and processes, and looks to gain efficiencies whilst driving profitability and growth.
You will be charged with setting and leading the strategy in order to drive growth (revenue and profitability). This will come from increasing market share and the successful integration of acquisitions. A core focus will be the improvement and consolidation of systems and processes to drive efficiencies. Managing and optimising a large workforce via effective workforce planning will be critical to success, as will driving cultural change and a high performance culture.
An experienced GM/CEO/MD/EGM, you will have led an organisation with a large national workforce, and may have industry experience that includes hospitality, retail, aged care, facilities management etc. Critical though will be your expertise in driving improvements that will impact the bottom line such as effective workforce planning, system and process integration and process improvement. Analytical and commercial, you will be an inspirational leader who has worked with boards qnd an organisation privately owned, private equity or ASX listed.
