Due to growth within the business, our client is keen to expand their sales team.

About the role
This role will have a strong focus on managing the sales administration for the brand including liaising with the third-party warehouse and interstate selling agents, attending sales meetings and range presentations, and providing sales reports to assist in the design process. In addition, this role will be responsible for handling the day-to-day customer service inquiries that arise via the wholesale and online channels and will require some direct contact with customers.

Skills & experience
Our client is seeking a motivated, self-starter with a strong ability to work autonomously. Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience in sales administration and customer service. Experience in wholesale within the baby or infant's product space will be highly regarded. Additional exposure to Harmony retail software is desirable but not essential.
