The procurement function is being led by a high calibre leader, leading a very localised procurement strategy. Their offices are based in the South Eastern suburbs

About the role

The Procurement Enablement Lead is a senior leadership role focused on uplifting the procurement processes across category management, supplier relationship management, governance and systems. The role will be working closely with the procurement function / Category Managers in ensuring best practice procurement methodologies. As part of the role you will be responsible for three direct reports

About you

To be successful in this role you will need to present with the following experience

  • Experience managing the procurement function of a circa $100m + organisation
  • Procurement experience gained from a global FMCG organisation, with matrixed reporting lines
  • Ideally experience managing direct categories (raw materials, packaging, ingredients)
  • 5+ years experience managing teams 2+
  • Exposure to Ariba
