About our client

Our client is a market leader in a fun and engaging industry. Their local team prides itself on their customer focused approach to product development and channel relationships. Now, as a result of growth, there is a newly created opportunity available in their sales team.

About the role

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing director , you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team as well as the wider business in the coordination of key account activity, reporting,order processing and customer service. Other key responsibilities include:

  • Support the key account managers on customer needs, including ordering, reporting and analytics
  • Sales support and Analysis - running sales reports and assist with sales planning
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaising with warehouse on workflow and logistics

Skills & experience

Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as either a sales administrator/coordinator, customer service specialist or general administrator from within the retail, FMCG or consumer goods industry. This business would suit someone who thrives on working in a team environment, where no day is the same!
