With that in mind are now looking for a Support Analyst to join the team, reporting to the GM of Technology. This role will be primarily focused on providing technical service and support to the business with the aim of increasing staff satisfaction with systems and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide frontline support and field, priortise, investigate and respond to support queries
  • Understand and build ongoing knowledge of the various systems and processes
  • Provide efficient and timely solutions and support to stakeholders
  • Indentify and develop new methods for prioritising and servicing internal stakeholders

Key Criteria to be successful in this role:

  • Self motivated with the ability to take ownership
  • Demonstrate a positive, can do attitude and approach
  • Posesses excellent communication skills
  • Good Technical skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot common IT issues
  • Experience in supporting end users with technical issues
  • Experience with working with varied internal and external technical systems
