This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in optimising global logistics, warehousing, and customer service functions.

The Role

As the Distribution & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s warehouse and 3PL network, managing customer service operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the COO, you will be responsible for leading a team to drive operational efficiency and deliver exceptional service.

Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Logistics Management
  • Oversee and manage the DC and 3PL network across Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and the USA.
  • Ensure cost-effective and reliable relationships with 3PL providers and freight partners.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, order fulfilment efficiency, and compliance with trade regulations.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance logistics processes, drive cost efficiencies, and improve sustainability.
Operations Management
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration via the SIOP process.
  • Manage co-packing relationships and oversee pack build and labelling projects.
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Co-packers, and 3PLs to mitigate production delays.
  • Lead operational system enhancements and efficiency projects.
Customer Service Management
  • Lead the customer service team, setting and tracking KPIs to enhance performance.
  • Develop strategies to minimise order issues, returns, and customer complaints.
  • Ensure timely and proactive communication with customers regarding order status.
Leadership & People Management
  • Foster a high-performing and positive team culture.
  • Mentor and develop team members to ensure professional growth.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Strong experience managing and optimising 3PL logistics suppliers.
  • A deep understanding of warehouse operations.
  • Proven ability to lead operational improvements in a growing SME environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier negotiation skills.
  • ERP and CRM proficiency (NetSuite preferred).
  • A solutions-focused approach with a passion for driving efficiencies.
