E-commerce Coordinator – Automotive Industry
Contract: 12-Months (mat-leave cover)
Location: Mount Waverley, VIC
WFH: 4 days in office 1 from home
Must have: SAP Commerce or Magento experience

My client is looking for an experienced E-commerce Coordinator on a 12 month maternity leave cover to help deliver high-quality product content and a smooth online shopping experience for automotive customers.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage product listings across websites and marketplaces – including descriptions, images, pricing, and stock.
  • Improve processes with our offshore content team and suppliers to ensure content is accurate and timely.
  • Analyse product performance and optimise content to drive sales.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns with partners.
  • Work with Customer Care to resolve online issues.
  • Support wider eCommerce team on projects and day-to-day tasks.
  • Track key KPIs – including conversion rate and online revenue.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce - SAP commerce or Magento experience is a must
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Good time management and attention to detail.
  • Experience improving processes and working across teams.
  • Google Analytics skills (a plus).
  • Interest or experience in the automotive industry is ideal.
