About the Client 
Our client is a high-growth, privately owned premium beverage company, recognised globally for its disruptive innovation and category-defining products. With a challenger mindset and a strong footprint in North America and beyond, the business is scaling rapidly in the ANZ region — bringing bold, modern brands to the next generation of consumers. 
As part of this expansion, they’re now looking for an experienced National Account Manager to take the lead across key On-Premise national accounts and emerging retail channels (including Aldi and Costco), supporting the next phase of growth in Australia. 

About the Role 
This role is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial sales team and make a tangible impact. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you’ll manage a mix of national on-premise accounts (e.g. pub and hospitality groups) and strategic emerging retail channels. You’ll be both a hunter and a builder — securing new business and growing established partnerships in a fast-moving environment. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Own and manage national On-Premise accounts including large hospitality and pub groups (e.g. Solotel, AVC). 
  • Lead the commercial relationship with key Emerging Channel retailers such as Aldi and Costco. 
  • Proactively identify, pitch, and win new business opportunities across multiple states, with a focus on NSW, then VIC and QLD. 
  • Grow volume, visibility, and share across keg and packaged formats in high-profile venues and retailers. 
  • Build strong, commercially driven customer relationships at both head office and site level. 
  • Execute trade plans and customer activations in alignment with national strategy. 
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply, and finance to ensure operational excellence. 
  • Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven team culture. 
Ideal Candidate Profile 
  • Minimum 7 years of commercial experience in FMCG or beverage alcohol. 
  • Proven track record in national account management – particularly in On-Premise and/or emerging retail channels. 
  • Strong existing relationships in On-Premise groups, ideally including AVC; contacts in Merivale or Racecourses are a plus. 
  • Experience working with premium or high-growth brands in complex, fast-paced environments. 
  • Confident managing customer negotiations, tenders, and commercial agreements end-to-end. 
  • Self-starter with a “doer” mindset – adaptable, resourceful, and action-oriented. 
  • Multi-state experience is highly valued; national scope required. 
The Offer 
  • Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience) 
  • Car: Company vehicle preferred; otherwise $15,000 allowance (incl. tolls) 
  • Superannuation: Paid in addition 
  • Bonus: 10% performance-based 
  • Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days in CBD office, 2 days WFH
