About the Client 
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, globally recognised premium beverage company that continues to challenge and redefine the alcohol category. Privately owned, agile, and unapologetically ambitious, this business brings high-impact, innovative brands to market and is now accelerating its growth across Australia. 
Known for its culture of ownership, pace, and authenticity, the business is expanding its in-field team in NSW and now seeking a driven Area Manager to manage a strategically important territory across metro and outer-metro Sydney. 

About the Role 
This is a key front-line role that will see you lead brand and commercial execution across a high-potential blend of on-premise and retail venues. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, delivering field-level commercial outcomes, and driving visibility and advocacy in some of the most important accounts in NSW. 
With approx. 60–70% of your time focused on the on-premise channel, this role will suit someone who knows how to navigate hospitality, bars, pubs, and retail environments alike, and who’s passionate about building brands that stand out. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage a territory that spans key metro and outer-metro areas in NSW 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships across on-premise and retail channels 
  • Drive execution of commercial plans, promotions, and activations at site level 
  • Identify and convert new opportunities to grow distribution and visibility 
  • Ensure brand standards and merchandising excellence across your accounts 
  • Deliver on volume and distribution targets, reporting back on key wins and trends 
  • Represent the business at trade events, tastings, and customer activations as needed 
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, brand, and trade teams to ensure alignment 
What We’re Looking For 
  • Previous experience managing a mixed territory across on-premise and retail 
  • Confident, energetic, and proactive in the field – with strong commercial instincts 
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a professional, customer-focused approach 
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously 
  • Passionate about the drinks industry and eager to represent high-growth, premium brands 
  • Previous exposure to alcohol/beverage, FMCG, or premium lifestyle categories preferred 
The Offer 
  • Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 (based on experience) 
  • Car: Fully maintained company vehicle 
  • Superannuation: 12%
  • Bonus: 10% performance-based 
  • Start Date: October 2025 
  • Work Model: Field-based role, with flexible admin time as required
