About the Role

This is a high-visibility, outcomes-focused role at the centre of marketing planning and trade performance. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Operations & Partnerships, you’ll lead the execution of weekly and monthly trade meetings, build out internal reporting systems, and drive data-led decision making across the marketing and commercial ecosystem.  You’ll be responsible for ensuring alignment between performance, planning, and execution, translating data into actionable insights and championing process excellence across marketing and commercial teams. The role also manages a direct report who supports campaign planning and coordination through Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead weekly and monthly trade forums to ensure focused, performance-led conversations
  • Own quarterly reporting rhythms and updates to senior leadership
  • Analyse campaign performance, identifying what’s working and where to optimise
  • Build out offer tracking and internal marketing performance dashboards
  • Act as the go-to person for campaign operational performance
  • Support and mentor a Planning Coordinator to streamline planning and campaign flows
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, finance, data, operations and product teams
Ideal Candidate
  • Experienced in marketing, loyalty, or campaign operations within a retail or complex matrixed environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with a solid grasp of trade reporting, product performance, and omnichannel planning
  • Able to interpret campaign and promotional impacts, such as halo effects or incremental ROI
  • Organised, structured and thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous settings
  • Confident working across multiple stakeholders and functions, including marketing, finance, and data
  • Comfortable driving alignment and rigour through planning tools like Monday.com
