About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact eCommerce leadership position within a digitally native fashion retail environment. As eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the digital commerce strategy to drive online sales, enhance the customer experience, and increase brand visibility across web and app platforms.
You will lead the day-to-day management of the eCommerce site, overseeing a small team focused on trading, SEO, product uploads, and UX. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and inventory teams, you will bring together data, creative direction, and commercial insight to deliver high-performing digital experiences.  CRO and UX are key priorities, with a strong focus on A/B testing, behavioural analysis, and ongoing optimisation of the end-to-end customer journey.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on eCommerce leader with experience in fashion or consumer retail. You will have a proven ability to improve digital performance through a blend of commercial thinking, data-driven decision-making, and customer-first execution.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • At least 4 years of experience leading an eCommerce function or team
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify Plus and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and heatmapping tools
  • Experience across conversion rate optimisation, UX/UI, SEO, email marketing, and paid digital media
  • A commercial mindset with a track record of improving traffic, average order value, and conversion
  • Familiarity with third-party tools and integrations including Tagalys, Swym, Lexer, or Occendo
  • A strong passion for fashion
