Continuous Improvement Manager
Role:
We’re seeking a driven and experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process and performance enhancements across a dynamic food manufacturing environment. In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, implementing smarter systems, and improving workflows that boost overall productivity. A key part of the position involves developing and delivering effective training programs, ensuring all employees are equipped with the right skills and knowledge to perform at their best.
Working closely with the Production Manager and other department heads, you’ll contribute to broader business strategies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and safety. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication skills, a practical mindset, and the ability to drive real, measurable change.

This is a hands-on leadership role that offers full autonomy to develop and deliver the CI strategy from scratch, implement changes, and train staff to drive operational excellence. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Solid experience in manufacturing, ideally with exposure to Lean principles and operational excellence
- Demonstrated leadership and training experience with the ability to educate, coach, and assess
- A systematic, process-driven mindset with a strong focus on quality and compliance (HACCP, GMP, OHS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, motivate teams, and drive accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sound record-keeping practices
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (advantageous)
- Understanding of OHS principles and a safety-first approach
