About the client
Our client, a leading luxury athletics brand, is seeking an experienced Integrated Fulfilment Planning Business Analyst to play a critical role in providing operational plans for the business and managing the day-to-day execution of Shipment Plan aligned closely with their Capacity Plan. You will provide insights to multiple cross functional teams to make decisions within the broader organisation. This unique role offers an immediate start on a long term 12-month contract, with promising prospects for a permanent placement in the future. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead comprehensive business planning and drive results through integration of analytics and business operations, including setting shipping goals and aligning shipping plans with distribution centre capacity, order volume, and financial targets.
  • Guide end-to-end supply chain processes through weekly shipment plan tracking meetings, covering planning, capacity management (inbound, outbound, storage), transportation services, systems, and store operations.
  • Execute monthly shipment plan aligned with their key cross functional partners.
  • Serve as the primary escalation contact within the team for decision-making, working closely with the IFP Senior Manager.
  • Deliver ongoing data analysis with actionable insights to support the Account & Channel, including specific recommendations.
  • Enhance and refine tools and processes to improve operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making capabilities, with focus on consumer value and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Educational requirements - Bachelors’ degree in Business/ Supply Chain/ Operations Management or similar required.
  • Ability to build strong and trusted partnerships, navigate competing stakeholders, functional agendas and multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a highly cross-functional global business environment with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at various levels within a matrixed structure, including strong storytelling and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of retail value chains, planning processes, strategic and key accounts, and supply chain operations.
  • You are responsible for providing relevant and accurate data, highlighting risks and opportunities, for internal and external stakeholders.
  • SQL, SAP & Tableau experience strongly encouraged.
