We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join a high-performing, national Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape go-to-market strategies, drive thought leadership, and execute campaigns that have real commercial impact—within a top-tier professional services environment.

About the Role
You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies that support platform-led and industry-aligned growth priorities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, including partners and business unit leads, you’ll build marketing programs that elevate the firm’s presence in market, generate qualified demand, and support strategic pursuits across complex client accounts.  This role sits at the intersection of content, campaign execution, stakeholder engagement and commercial strategy. You’ll be part of a connected national marketing community, with the opportunity to work on high-profile initiatives that span climate, sustainability, regulation, digital transformation and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop national marketing strategies and campaigns aligned to key firm priorities
  • Deliver multi-channel marketing execution across thought leadership, events, sponsorships, digital, video, podcasts, and social media
  • Translate complex subject matter into compelling content across web, eDMs, invites, and social posts
  • Build and deploy sales enablement tools and materials that support pipeline growth
  • Analyse campaign performance and ROI to inform future strategy
  • Partner closely with account teams, industry leaders, and marketing colleagues to ensure a cohesive go-to-market approach
  • Maintain brand and tone of voice standards, and ensure compliance across all activity
  • Operate with agility to support evolving business needs and market conditions
About You
You’re a commercially savvy B2B marketer with strong stakeholder management skills and a passion for delivering strategic, insight-led campaigns. You thrive in complex, matrixed environments and enjoy collaborating across functions to deliver high-impact outcomes.
You’ll also bring:
  • Solid experience in B2B marketing—preferably within a consulting, professional services, or complex stakeholder environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns and full-funnel activity (from brand awareness to lead generation)
  • Excellent writing and content development skills, with an eye for simplifying complex topics
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect marketing strategy to commercial outcomes
  • Experience using data and insights to shape marketing decisions and report on ROI
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • A collaborative mindset and comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
Why Apply?
  • Join a national team that’s closely connected, collaborative and commercially focused
  • Be part of a firm-wide, One-Firm go-to-market approach with access to global resources
  • Enjoy competitive salary + bonus, 26 weeks parental leave, and “work from anywhere in Australia” flexibility
  • Build your skills through structured learning (Coursera, Udemy), mentoring, and leadership development
  • Access opportunities for career progression, internal mobility and global secondments
This is a role for a marketer who’s ready to step into a strategic seat—someone who understands how to activate campaigns that make a real commercial difference, and thrives in a professional services setting.
