Michelle joined Six Degrees Executive in 2016 and leads the B2B, Services and Technology Marketing practice in Victoria across permanent and contracting recruitment. She partners with organisations to appoint senior marketing leaders who shape organisational strategy, building high-performing teams.
Before moving into recruitment, Michelle built her career within global brands including Shell, Vodafone and Coles, working across New Zealand, the US and Australia. Her commercial grounding continues to shape her advisory approach - understanding what effective leadership looks like in practice and how marketing strategy connects to commercial performance.
Michelle is known for her clarity, depth of market knowledge and long-standing relationships across the Victorian market. Clients value her ability to define what success looks like before the search begins - ensuring each appointment strengthens leadership capability and aligns to business strategy to deliver measurable and long term impact. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (Accounting and Commercial Law) and a Bachelor of Arts (Chinese).
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys travel, cooking and family life.
