Our client is a high-growth, globally recognised fitness brand on a mission to transform lives through movement and community. With an established presence across multiple continents, the business is entering its next phase of expansion and is seeking a commercially astute Franchise Sales Manager to drive network growth and support the execution of franchise strategy.

About the Role

The Franchise Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of franchise sales initiatives in ANZ and support on global expansion where required. This is a strategically critical role, contributing to global growth planning while owning the end-to-end franchise acquisition process. The role includes close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, operations, and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the global franchise growth strategy across new and existing markets
  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospective franchisees aligned with the brand’s vision and values
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle; from enquiry and due diligence through to onboarding
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on network development plans and market prioritisation
  • Collaborate with marketing to build and refine lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Lead and support a high-performing international team member, ensuring alignment and delivery of shared objectives
  • Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and franchise forums as required
Candidate Profile
We’re seeking a commercially driven, relationship-oriented leader who brings:
  • Proven success in franchise sales, business development or commercial partnerships, ideally within fitness, wellness, hospitality or QSR sectors
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and presentation skills with a strategic mindset
  • Experience working in high-growth, founder-led or global franchise environments
  • Leadership capability and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Energy, drive and a passion for health, wellbeing and business growth
