Sarah joined Six Degrees Executive in 2011 and is a Partner within the Executive Search team in Melbourne. She specialises in Executive and C-suite appointments across the Retail, Consumer & FMCG industries, partnering with organisations to appoint senior commercial, operations and leadership talent.

With over 20 years of experience spanning Business Management, HR, Recruitment and Executive Search, Sarah brings a deep understanding of retail and consumer ecosystems. She has supported organisations ranging from established listed businesses to founder-led and high-growth brands, recruiting across CEO, COO, GM and senior functional leadership roles.

Sarah is known for her consultative and relationship-led approach. She takes the time to understand business stage, leadership style and long-term ambition, ensuring each appointment strengthens both capability and culture for both parties.

Outside of work, Sarah is a proud mum of two, loves travel, health and wellbeing, and enjoys hosting friends and family whenever she can.
