About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership position responsible for overseeing operations across WA and SA. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Regional Manager will drive the performance of 9 branches, leading a team of Branch and Area Sales Managers to deliver sales growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll play a critical part in shaping regional strategy, improving profitability, and fostering a culture of safety, performance, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach Branch Managers and their teams across multiple sites
  • Drive sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets
  • Implement safety protocols and reinforce a culture of zero harm
  • Support team development, recruitment, and performance management
  • Build strong customer and supplier relationships across the region
  • Review financials, manage budgets, and drive margin improvement
  • Contribute to strategic business planning and national initiatives


Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a regional, state, or multi-site management role, ideally within the automotive, industrial, or trade sector
  • Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on margin, cost control, and performance
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team development skills
  • Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and experience using CRM/reporting tools
  • Qualifications in business or related field (highly regarded)
