Emma joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2015 and specialises in executive B2B Sales recruitment across technology, services and broader Business-to-Business organisations. She partners with mid-level professionals through to C-suite leaders across permanent appointments, supporting organisations to strengthen commercial capability and revenue performance.
With more than 15 years’ recruitment experience, Emma recruits operational leadership roles such as Chief Sales Officers, Sales Directors, Country Managers and Heads of Sales role. She works closely with privately owned, listed and private equity-backed businesses across Australia and APAC, delivering retained and exclusive search mandates.
Emma’s approach is consultative and relationship-led, she takes the time to understand business strategy, growth trajectory and cultural dynamics before advising on leadership appointments. Known for her clarity and integrity, she builds long-term partnerships grounded in trust and follow-through. She understands that senior commercial hires shape both immediate performance and future direction.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys time with her two children, staying active and reading.
