Growth Marketing Manager

Location: melbourne
Job Type: permanent
Salary: base + super
Contact: Michelle Young
Our client is scaling fast—and we’re looking for a hands-on performance marketer to fuel that growth.  This is your chance to take the reins of top-of-funnel marketing and build a lead generation engine from the ground up. You’ll own the strategy and the execution—running digital campaigns, optimising landing pages, shaping audience targeting, and fine-tuning performance to deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for a high-performing sales team.

About the Business
Join a fast-growing SaaS company helping some of the world’s best-known brands streamline content creation, manage campaigns and maintain brand consistency—at scale. Clients include major global names across automotive, retail, and finance. With expansion underway across APAC and North America, the US is a key growth market—and this role will help us crack it.

About the Role
You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing and sales, and work closely with content, design, product and SDRs to drive demand. You’ll build, test and scale digital programs across paid and owned channels, and have full control of the tech stack—from HubSpot to LinkedIn Campaign Manager.  This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes performance metrics, knows how to convert a cold audience into pipeline, and is just as comfortable tweaking campaigns in real-time as they are reporting on ROI.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Plan, build and optimise lead generation campaigns across paid search, social, display, email, and website channels—starting small but scaling fast.
  • Own and manage the marketing tech stack, including HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, landing page builders and more.
  • Drive fast experimentation—running A/B tests on ads, creative, targeting and CTAs to boost conversion rates.
  • Work with product marketing and content to develop compelling messages and assets for key personas and verticals (e.g. automotive, retail, finance).
  • Own website lead flows and forms, and continuously improve conversion paths from click to MQL.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to tighten lead handoff and qualification processes.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, share insights, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Support and run in-person lead generation events in key markets (including the US).
What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B digital or performance marketing—ideally in SaaS, tech or growth-focused scale-ups.
  • Proven ability to run paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms with a clear eye on performance.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM and marketing automation tools).
  • Strong skills in tracking, analytics, conversion optimisation and reporting.
  • Confidence running US-targeted campaigns, with a good sense of market differences.
  • An agile mindset—comfortable shifting gears quickly, solving problems on the fly, and working autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
  • A team player who can work cross-functionally to align messaging and maximise impact.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience running ABM or intent-based programs.
  • Familiarity with broader funnel strategies—even though this role is squarely focused on top-of-funnel.
  • Exposure to brand or creative tech platforms.
Why Join Us
  • Make a real impact—this is a critical hire that will shape our growth in international markets.
  • Own your craft—this is your domain to build, test, learn and grow.
  • Work with great people in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Enjoy flexibility, autonomy, and the benefits of a hybrid working model.
  • Be part of a business that’s expanding quickly across APAC and North America, with big ambitions.
