A newly created and exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced National Account Manager to take ownership of one of Australia's most iconic retail accounts, working for a global FMCG business based in Melbourne. You will be responsible for driving growth, shaping customer strategy, and delivering commercial excellence within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
 
About the role

Reporting into the National Business Manager, you will lead the relationship with Woolworths, managing the full account lifecycle across 2 categories including joint business planning, promotional strategy, forecasting, and collaborating with the category team across all category initiatives. Your ability to influence, negotiate, and partner effectively will be critical to your success, and you will work cross-functionally with marketing, category, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution across all touchpoints. There is a significant focus on NPD and this role will be instrumental in driving this throughout Woolworths.
 
Skills & experience

Success in this role will come from demonstrated experience as a commercial National Account Manager having managed Coles or Woolworths, within the FMCG industry.  A strategic mindset, collaborative approach, and the drive to challenge the status quo are essential, as is the ability to operate with agility in a complex and evolving retail landscape.
