Sarah joined Six Degrees Executive in 2015 and manages the Melbourne FMCG Sales & Category team. With over 15 years of FMCG recruitment experience, she specialises in mid to senior appointments across customer management, leadership and strategic category roles.
Currently managing the Victorian FMCG Sales team and recruiting remotely across South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania, Sarah partners with national and global brands to appoint senior market, functional and commercial leaders. Her experience spans large multinational businesses through to emerging brands, giving her strong insight into market dynamics, retail partnerships and successful growth strategies.
As a Manager, Sarah plays an active role in developing her team’s capability, setting high standards while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. She is known for her strong industry networks, long-term candidate relationships and ability to stay close to shifting FMCG trends. Her focus is on building sustainable talent pipelines that strengthen both immediate performance and future leadership depth.
Outside of work, Sarah is a proud mum of two, a passionate cook and fitness enthusiast, and values the balance between ambition, family and community.
