We are partnering with a fast-growing, innovative skincare brand disrupting the beauty industry that’s a fun name (and brand on social), backed by real science. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Specialist to join a vibrant team and play a key role in shaping the brand’s digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

This role offers a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and hands-on content creation within a dynamic, supportive environment. You’ll be at the forefront of social media trends, crafting engaging, scroll-stopping content (bonus points if you follow Ecommerce Equation’s content creation methodology) that not only captures attention but drives meaningful engagement and conversions. With a loyal direct-to-consumer base across the US, UK, Australia, and Canada and strong retail partnerships, you’ll contribute to the ongoing global growth of a pioneering skincare brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, omni-channel social media content strategy that supports brand objectives and business goals
  • Manage and maintain a vibrant content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal events
  • Produce, film, and edit engaging short-form video and static content optimised for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
  • Identify and leverage emerging social media trends and viral opportunities, implementing them swiftly
  • Lead influencer and user-generated content (UGC) collaborations to ensure authentic, high-performing content
  • Track, analyse, and report on content performance, using insights to optimise strategy and maximise engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate closely with Brand & Marketing, eCommerce, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency
What we are looking for:
  • 3–5 years of social media and content creation experience, ideally within beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends, with a proven ability to spot and create viral content early
  • Confidence on camera and strong video production/editing skills to create polished, on-brand content
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and optimise content accordingly
  • Experience or training in Ecommerce Equation or similar eCommerce methodologies is highly desirable
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a creative, fast-moving environment
