About the Role
As Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's fundraising strategy, leading a dedicated team, and managing budget activities. You will drive revenue generation from non-government donors, funders, and corporates through both acquisition and stewardship. You will also:
  • Steer multi-channel fundraising campaigns and donor retention activities
  • Oversee relationships with high net-worth individuals, bequestors, and corporate partners
  • Develop strategies to acquire, renew, and upgrade donors at all levels
  • Manage the Philanthropy and Fundraising team, fostering a collaborative culture

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding fundraising targets
  • Strong financial management and budgeting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful fundraising strategies
  • Solid understanding of fundraising best practices and relevant legal frameworks
  • Proficiency with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
