Maisie joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2021 and specialises in Marketing, Communications, Corporate Affairs and Fundraising recruitment across Retail, Education, Not-for-profit and Healthcare organisations. She partners with mid-level professionals across permanent appointments, supporting organisations to strengthen brand, engagement and stakeholder capability.
With over four years of recruitment experience and a background in Psychology, Maisie combines behavioural insight with strong market knowledge. She has worked with national NFPs, healthcare providers, education institutions and ASX-listed organisations, supporting appointments from Communications Coordinators through to Heads of Communications. Her approach is relationship-led and commercially aware, ensuring each appointment contributes to long-term organisational and career impact.
Outside of work, Maisie enjoys swimming, staying active, exploring Melbourne’s food scene and planning her next travel adventure.
