About the Role
As the State Business Development Manager for HORECA, you’ll focus on driving new business across Victoria’s hospitality sector, working with premium venues including restaurants, clubs, reception centres and sports clubs. Success in this role will come from building long-term, trusted relationships where you’ll leverage your existing network, working closely with chefs and operators to introduce a premium product range. You will also be the face of the business at industry events, contribute to product range discussions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service for new accounts. Your day-to-day will include prospecting new venues, maintaining a strong presence in the field, attending tastings and meetings, and managing the full sales cycle from introduction to ongoing account management.
