Alex joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2023 and specialises in Sales recruitment across Consumer & FMCG and Retail organisations. He partners with entry-level through to mid-level professionals across permanent and contract appointments, supporting businesses to strengthen commercial capability and team performance.
With a Bachelor of Business in Applied Marketing, Alex began his career in sales and marketing within the pharmaceutical and heating and cooling sectors, gaining hands-on exposure to training, product development and project management. This commercial grounding shapes how he approaches recruitment today - he understands the practical realities of sales environments and the importance of momentum, communication and accountability.
Alex is motivated by helping people move forward in their careers, and he works closely with both clients and candidates to ensure expectations are clear from the outset and that each appointment supports long-term growth, as well as just short-term hiring needs.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys tennis, pickleball and AFL, and spending his time catching up with friends and family.
