You will work closely with the greater marketing team and working together on campaigns and manage and execute content calendar and drive marketing and lead generation with the goal of increasing organic traffic across all digital platforms.

About the Role
In this role, you will develop, manage and execute the content plan across all digital channels including website and socials. You will work closely with the greater marketing team and working together on campaigns and manage and execute content calendar and drive marketing and lead generation with the goal of increasing organic traffic across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of customer-centric content that supports brand positioning, campaigns, and lead generation goals.
- Write, edit, and repurpose content for multiple channels, including websites, brochures, videos, case studies, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Manage content updates and collaborate with developers and digital teams to enhance content presentation and functionality
- Optimise web and social content for search engines using on-page SEO best practices.
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Collaborate with marketing managers, PR, and internal teams to conceptualise and execute content for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Work with graphic designers, videographers, and external agencies to bring creative content ideas to life.
Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years’ experience in a similar content-focused role, preferably in a service-based or B2B environment.
- Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite or Sprout Social), and email platforms (e.g., Campaign Monitor or Mailchimp).
- Experience creating content across digital and print channels.
- Previous experience working in education, training, or workforce development is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles, SEO, and social media strategy.
- Strategic thinker with an eye for detail, quality, and consistency.
- A team player with strong collaboration and communication skills.

- Hybrid model – 2 days in the Ringwood office (Monday & Thursday), 3 days WFH
