Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Manager
Melbourne | Full-time | Hybrid
We’re looking for a commercially minded digital marketer to lead the charge on growth, performance and automation.  Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role is focused on generating qualified leads, optimising funnel performance, and driving measurable pipeline outcomes. You’ll take ownership of the digital marketing ecosystem — including paid media, automation, conversion optimisation, and analytics — and work closely with the Sales and broader Marketing teams to align initiatives with revenue growth.  This isn’t a content or comms role. It’s for someone who’s confident in the mechanics of performance marketing and thrives on driving and proving commercial impact.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies to generate awareness, drive lead acquisition and improve conversion
  • Own campaign strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads and retargeting platforms
  • Manage and optimise Hubspot – including journey builds, lifecycle emails, nurture flows, lead scoring and segmentation
  • Build, refine and scale marketing funnels that improve MQL to SQL conversion and deliver revenue-aligned outcomes
  • Lead CRO initiatives – including A/B testing, user behaviour tracking and landing page optimisation
  • Partner closely with Sales to align on pipeline strategies, feedback loops and lead handover processes
  • Analyse campaign and funnel performance using GA4, attribution models and tools like Hotjar, SEMrush and Looker Studio
  • Manage SEO strategy and execution in partnership with external specialists
  • Oversee website performance, content updates and UX enhancements to support lead generation
  • Provide clear reporting and strategic recommendations across all digital channels and campaigns
What we’re looking for:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a B2B digital or growth marketing role, ideally in a professional services or consulting environment
  • Proven ability to deliver multi-channel lead generation campaigns with strong commercial outcomes
  • Deep knowledge of performance marketing, including paid media, SEO, SEM, CRO and automation
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot (or equivalent), Google Ads, GA4, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset – able to build attribution models and surface actionable funnel insights
  • Comfortable operating autonomously, making decisions, and guiding strategy based on data

  • Gets a kick out of reducing CPL, increasing lead quality, and showing clear ROI
  • Knows how to influence stakeholders with data, not fluff
  • Is commercially focused, curious, and always looking for better ways to scale impact
