Chief Financial Officer - Hireup

Six Degrees is proud to partner with Hireup – one of Australia’s most impactful, tech-enabled disability support platforms – to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-led business driving transformation in the disability and aged care sectors through innovation, integrity and scale, as well as providing a true partnership to the CEO bringing ideas for expansion and pushing organisational frontiers.

The Hireup story. It started with a family and their challenge to find disability support that worked for them. They needed more and knew that people with disability could have more independence, choice and control in their lives. As Hireup grew, it became clear that older Australians also faced many of the same challenges in accessing the right support. Today, Hireup is proud to deliver personalised, high-quality support for our community, enabling them to live with dignity, independence, and control.

Support as it should be
. Hireup have supported thousands of clients and support workers across Australia. Now, they’re on a mission to ensure that people living with disability and elderly Australians can access the right support for the moments that matter for them. They do this through combining digital tools with the reliability of someone to help when it matters most.

The ask?
Their mission sets a new standard for support, working in a world of transformation whilst delivering reliable services every day. Authenticity, curiosity and tenacity is a must. Resilience is key. They live the ‘power of yes’ and push for the best (they might not always get it right!) but they will work together to tackle opportunities, hold each other up and be there in the moments that matter to you and our community.
