Nick is a co-founder of Six Degrees Executive and has been leading the Executive Search practice since 2004. Based in Melbourne, he partners with organisations across Consumer & FMCG, Retail, Government, Education, Not-for-profit, Healthcare and Services to appoint Executive and C-suite leaders through permanent search.

With more than 25 years’ experience advising boards, private equity firms, family offices and executive teams, Nick operates at the intersection of leadership assessment, succession and complex stakeholder environments. He has led CEO, board and senior executive appointments across established global organisations and high-growth Australian businesses at critical inflection points in their journey.

Nick brings strong judgement, discretion and long-term perspective to every brief. He is trusted in market for navigating complex, purpose-driven environments and building enduring partnerships grounded in insight and integrity.
