As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory and driving operational efficiency through insightful data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the critical link between planning, procurement, warehousing, and commercial teams, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate brings experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain analysis, with strong proficiency in Excel (including Power Query), Power BI, and familiarity with Pronto and Salesforce. They possess sharp analytical and reporting skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business.

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory and driving operational efficiency through insightful data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the critical link between planning, procurement, warehousing, and commercial teams, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Validate and process stock adjustment requests from the business.
- Support local and interstate warehouses with cycle counts and stocktakes.
- Investigate discrepancies and reconcile system vs. physical stock.
- Maintain master data for inventory accuracy and system reliability.
- Provide recommendations for managing slow-moving or obsolete stock.
- Bridge communication between Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Warehousing.
- Create and maintain inventory reports and dashboards.
- Deliver actionable data insights to support operational decisions.
- Produce ad-hoc reports to support strategic and project-based initiatives.
