About the Role
We're searching for a highly strategic and commercially-minded Customer Partnership Manager (Account Manager) to join this fantastic team. This isn't just another sales role; it's a pivotal opportunity to cultivate and deepen long-term, strategic partnerships with some of the company's most important State and National Resellers.
You'll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, identifying and capitalising on mutually beneficial opportunities, providing comprehensive support, and proactively developing strategies that align with both their business goals and the resellers' objectives. You'll be the primary contact for all deals, agreements, pricing, and account matters, driving value-based selling and fostering enduring relationships. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute strategic business development plans for key resellers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both state and national reseller accounts
  • Present and sell customised, value-driven solutions — not off-the-shelf products
  • Manage pricing, deal terms, and commercial negotiations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal product, operations and marketing teams
  • Represent the business confidently at all levels, from showroom to C-suite 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in commercial furniture, interiors, construction materials, or fit-out
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases and sell value, not just price
  • Confident presenting and engaging at multiple stakeholder levels — from resellers to end users
  • Highly organised with a proactive, ownership mindset
  • Technically minded and comfortable with product complexity (e.g. customisation, fit-out, specs)
  • Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own pipeline and priorities
