Purpose of the Position
The Senior Management Accountant/ Finance Business Partner/ Finance Manager is a pivotal role within the Finance team, responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and reporting. This role contributes to the organisation’s strategic objectives by delivering actionable insights and supporting financial and operational decision-making.
The position is suited to a motivated finance professional who thrives on partnering across business functions to deliver value and support growth.
The role reports directly to the CFO and offers the opportunity to work flexibly with a hybrid model and on-site free parking.

Responsibilities & Duties
■ Financial Planning & Reporting
-Ownership of the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles
-Preparation and delivery of monthly financial reports and analysis
-Management of cash flow forecasting and reporting

Financial Analysis & Strategic Support
- Development and delivery of financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Conducting ad hoc financial analysis and performance evaluations
- Designing and monitoring KPIs aligned with business strategy

Rebate Management
- Management of rebate tracking, reconciliation and reporting

Leadership & Team Development
- Managing and mentoring the Assistant Accountant
- Supporting team capability development through coaching and oversight

Business Partnering
- Collaborating with business unit leaders to align financial outcomes with strategic goals
- Presenting financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Other Duties
- Extracting and analysing data from financial systems
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function

- Ensures compliance with all standard operating procedures

Essential Desirable
- CPA or CA qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Experience leading or mentoring employees
- Retail experience
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills including building complex financial models
- Strong commercial acumen and business modelling ability
- Competence in presenting complex data in a compelling way
