Intergration Manager

I’m working with one of Australia’s most well-known retailers as they continue to invest in the transformation of their supply chain. With a large store footprint, a growing online channel, and major infrastructure and system upgrades underway, they’re looking for an experienced Integration Manager to join the team and help deliver smarter, more connected supply chain outcomes.
 
This role is all about ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes – connecting systems, partners, and people across warehousing, transport, inventory, and technology. You’ll work closely with internal teams (IT, merchandise, retail ops, etc.) and external partners (3PLs, carriers, tech providers) to drive integration, improve processes, and support future growth.
 
The opportunity is ideal for someone who:
 
  • Brings strong supply chain experience, particularly in DC or logistics environments
  • Has a solid understanding of WMS/ERP systems and how to integrate new tech into existing operations
  • Enjoys leading projects, solving complex problems, and working across functions
  • Are comfortable juggling priorities and managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Has exposure to automation, process improvement, or solution design (ideal but not essential)
  • There’s also a leadership aspect – you’ll have a direct report and play a visible role in projects that touch multiple business areas.
