About the Role
This newly scoped Marketing Coordinator role is designed to deliver creative, well-organised marketing initiatives that align with both head office priorities and on-the-ground park-level activity. It offers end-to-end ownership of BIG4’s flagship Holiday Guide—both print and digital—as well as the coordination of in-park activations that bring the brand to life for guests. The role also supports national campaigns and partnerships, while managing internal communications across intranet updates, park marketing emails, and stakeholder engagement. It’s a broad and varied opportunity that would suit someone organised, creative and curious—an all-rounder with initiative and energy, ready to take ownership and grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the annual Holiday Guide publication, including briefing, management of timelines and delivery on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with the BIG4 brand and business objectives.
- Support a calendar of seasonal In-Park Activations that enhance guest experiences in BIG4 Parks.
- Work closely with the Park Success Coordinator on the roll out of the park activations, including developing ideas and supporting costs to delivery activations that align with the assigned In-Park activation budget
- Support Campaign Lead & Partnerships Lead to deliver BIG4 and/or BIG4 x Partner campaigns, including but not limited to; creating Landing Pages and banners for the website, scheduling website activity, sourcing visual assets, reporting.
- Provide support to the Marketing team during seasonal campaigns and promotions as and when needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Curious, proactive and keen to grow in tourism marketing.
- An amazing administrator keen to put your Marketing knowledge to work.
- Described as a creative thinker, that is proactive and can work independently.
- Thrives as part of a team and working collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Experience using Canva, Powerpoint or similar to create presentations and/or reports.
