What You Will Do:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Shape and deliver powerful sales strategies, own national key account relationships, and champion a high-performance sales culture.
- Lead Pricing & Margin Expansion: Partner with finance and pricing teams to achieve ambitious price and profit targets and support the launch of value-added product and service initiatives.
- Increase Market Share: Lead and motivate teams to optimise opportunity management, bolster new customer acquisition, and lead national campaigns for volume growth.
- Develop High-Performing Teams: Recruit, coach, and develop sales leaders, implement effective sales KPIs and capability programs, and nurture organisational excellence.
- Proven National Leadership: Experience leading large, multi-location sales teams—ideally with P&L responsibility in the hundreds of millions.
- Industry background: A highly engaging executive sales leader with industry experiences working across large complex industrial operational environments – Industrial manufacturing, construction materials, industrial services.
- Strategic & Analytical: Adept in sales strategy design, KPI frameworks, and leveraging CRM and business reporting technology.
- People-Centric: A true coach and leader, capable of building accountable, collaborative, and high performing sales cultures.
- Commercial Acumen: Understands key economic drivers and how to monetise growth opportunities.
- Qualifications: Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field; an MBA is highly regarded
- Shape Australia-wide commercial outcomes.
- Build and mentor high-performing sales teams.
- Drive innovation in sales, excellence, process and performance.
