Terence joined Six Degrees Executive in Melbourne in 2016 in the B2B Sales practice, specialising in recruiting senior through to executive sales leaders across industrial, construction and technical markets. He partners with organisations within transport and logistics, capital equipment, industrial services, packaging and advanced manufacturing to strengthen commercial capability and revenue performance.
With over 18 years’ recruitment experience, Terence focuses exclusively on Business-to-Business sales appointments. His work spans Sales Managers, National Account Managers, Business Development leaders and senior commercial executives who drive growth within complex operational environments.
Terence understands that successful B2B sales leadership requires more than product knowledge. It demands strategic thinking, operational alignment and the ability to influence across technical and commercial teams.
