Role Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, customer-facing role managing the brand’s flagship showroom in Melbourne. You’ll be the first impression for all customers, guiding them through a hands-on product experience, and supporting both consumer and business sales.
 
The product itself sits at the intersection of design and tech, and while full training is provided, we’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, professional, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the in-showroom experience for B2C customers, offering tailored consultations and demonstrations
  • Respond to inbound B2B leads from the website and drive opportunity through follow-up
  • Manage sales queries, quoting and order processing via HubSpot CRM
  • Deliver premium customer service across all touchpoints (phone, email, in-person)
  • Maintain showroom visual standards, displays and merchandising
  • Provide post sale follow up, gather customer feedback and help shape ongoing improvements
  • Contribute to product events, launches and training activities when required
  • Support the General Manager with day-to-day showroom operations and admin
 
Skills & Attributes:
  • 2+ years' experience in retail, showroom, or customer-facing sales
  • Strong communicator, confident in both face-to-face and phone-based conversations
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working autonomously and owning the full showroom experience
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • CRM experience, and a comfort with digital platforms
