Oscar has been part of the Six Degrees Executive Melbourne team since 2022 and works within the B2B Industrial Sales practice. He partners with businesses across transport and logistics, construction materials, manufacturing, automotive, packaging and chemicals to appoint sales talent from entry level through to senior commercial roles.

He recruits across Sales Representatives, Account Managers and Business Development Managers through to Senior BDMs, National Account Managers and State or Regional Sales Managers, supporting organisations to strengthen revenue capability and market share.

Oscar brings energy, drive and a genuine commitment to the people he works with. He understands that strong sales performance sits at the intersection of product knowledge, operational capability and commercial leadership, and works closely with both clients and candidates to ensure clarity around expectations and long-term growth to benefit both parties.

Outside of work, Oscar enjoys sport - particularly footy and cricket - spending time outdoors and travelling across regional Australia whenever he can.
